Even though you are a competent female leader moving beyond obstacles is not always that easy

You second-guess yourself. It's like, no matter what you do, you can't shake the feeling that you’re just not good enough.

You’re terrified people will find out I'm not as competent as they think you are.

Every day can feel like an uphill battle. You’re just so tired of fighting to keep up, feeling like you’re barely making any progress.

You’re sick of pretending to be someone you’re not, just to fit in. It's exhausting trying to live up to everyone else's expectations.

You keep trying old tactics you were told would work, but they're getting you nowhere. It's frustrating feeling stuck and out of options. your bullet points here..

That's why most women miss out on living the life they desired because the obstacles feel insurmountable. However it’s not about outworking the obstacle but leaning into it.
Here’s why we don't want you to miss out on the life you deserve:

While it can take many attempts and many different approaches to overcome obstacles, the Lean In method is a psycho-spiritual framework that can be adapted to your own situation.

Having an understanding of the fundamental principles behind the creation of your human experience means your feelings will no longer hold you back from living the life you want.

The transformation of your life comes not from the actions you take but from the beliefs you hold. Releasing redundant beliefs creates space for new conscious beliefs to help direct your life.

Your innate resilience is released to ensure you bounce back from failures without judgment but an openness to learn from the experience and try again.

Learning to become an empowered, fulfilled and connected female leader is the key to a
                                                             purposeful life.

Hi, I'm Janet, and for over 25 years, I've been deeply immersed in the world of personal and professional development. My journey began with traditional approaches to behavioural change, such as CBT, NLP, and various cognitive strategies aimed at altering behaviour from the ‘outside in’. Believing you have to do something to create a change in feeling.

Yet, it was the profound personal shifts and life events I navigated— from the loss of my parents and the end of my marriage to the end of close friendships and the onset of new relationships—that truly reshaped my understanding of personal growth. These experiences forced me to revisit my foundational beliefs, feel my emotions, and ultimately, discover a new version of myself. They taught me that life's essence and growth lie not in running from our experiences but in leaning into them, fully embracing every emotion and challenge.

My approach has evolved into more holistic in the last 14 years. I've delved into the fundamental principles behind psychology, formulating a method that doesn't just skim the surface but reaches deep into the heart of our human experience. This exploration led me to develop the Lean In Method—a framework designed to guide others through similar transformations.

Now, I want to bring this understanding and framework to the world. My goal is to support more women in living the life they've always envisioned—one where they can truly lean into their experiences and emerge stronger, more empowered, and unequivocally themselves.

Introducing The Lean in method and Membership.

The Lean In Method is a straightforward, practical approach, combining psychology and spiritual wisdom to help you navigate life's challenges and grow stronger.

This method is more than advice or abstract concepts—it's an understanding of how you shape your experiences every moment, affecting your relationships, work, and self-view.

It outlines psychology's fundamental principles and how they play out in your life, all designed to help you reduce stress and deeply connect with your true self.

With this insight, you can transform your life instantly.

FAQs:

FAQ 1: How does the Lean In Method differ from traditional personal development programs?
Answer: The Lean In Method is like discovering a secret pathway that blends psychology and spiritual wisdom into something you can actually use every day. Unlike traditional programs that often focus on changing your behavior from the outside, my method dives deep. It helps you understand and shift the way you experience life from the inside out. Think of it as moving beyond just coping strategies to truly transforming how you see and interact with the world around you.

FAQ 2: I often feel overwhelmed by self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Can this method help me? Answer: Absolutely! One of the core parts of the Lean In Method is designed to tackle exactly that. You'll learn to understand where these feelings come from and how to lean into them instead of running away. It’s all about transforming these challenges into stepping stones for growth, helping you become more confident and connected to your true self.

FAQ 3: What’s included in the membership, and how quickly will I see results? Answer: When you join, you get instant access to the first module, packed with resources like worksheets, workbooks, audios, and videos—all aimed at guiding you through the Lean In Method. Future modules roll out monthly, giving you time to really grasp and apply each concept. As for results, many members start feeling shifts in their perspective and confidence right away. Remember, transformation is a journey, and the pace can vary for everyone.

FAQ 4: Is this method suitable for someone with a busy lifestyle?

Answer: Definitely! I've designed the Lean In Method with real life in mind. The tools and strategies are practical and straightforward, so you can integrate them into your daily routine without feeling more overwhelmed. It’s all about making meaningful changes without adding more to your plate.

FAQ 5: What if I try it and decide it's not for me?

Answer: I understand that every journey is unique, and it’s important to find the right fit. That’s why I offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you dive into the method and find it’s not aligning with your needs, just reach out. I’m here to support you in finding your path, even if it means helping you see that this might not be the right one for you.

FAQ 6: How can I make the most out of the Lean In Method?

Answer: The key to getting the most out of this method is to approach it with an open mind and heart. Engage fully with the exercises, reflect deeply on the insights you gain, and don’t hesitate to revisit modules as you grow. Remember, leaning into your experiences is a powerful practice, and it becomes even more effective when you actively apply what you learn to your daily life.

FAQ 7: I've tried everything to overcome my challenges. How will this be different?

Answer: I hear you. What sets the Lean In Method apart is its foundation in understanding the psychological and spiritual aspects of your challenges—not battling them, but using them l for growth. It’s not about a one-size-fits-all solution but discovering your unique path to empowerment and fulfillment. Give it a try, and you might just find the breakthrough you’ve been searching for.

Remember, I'm just one person who's been where you are, and I've poured all my learning and personal insights into creating this method. I'm here to guide you through each step of your journey towards becoming a more empowered, fulfilled, and connected leader.

The Principles have been in my life since 2011 and I've immersed myself in them because they just make sense to me and have had a wonderful effect on how I experience life and on those around me. Until recently though something had been missing. Even now I can't put my finger on it, but it was after a beautiful conversation with Janet that something unnamable slotted into place - a whole other level of grounding. I felt it. I haven't stopped feeling it. Janet spoke with fresh understanding of the single paradigm around the Principles and I heard something fresh and profound for me too. I am deeply grateful to you, Janet. Even my husband said that something had changed in me, in the way I share the Principles now! Now that is something! :)

Scenarios:

Not Enough Support - Trying to accomplish goals alone without a sisterhood tribe or mentorship leaves them drained, overwhelmed, and constantly reinventing the wheel. The loneliness taxes confidence.

Underestimating Abilities - Women have high standards for themselves but also contend with societal biases and voices perpetuating the myth of not being ready or qualified enough yet. Imposter syndrome runs rampant.

Risk Aversion - There is cultural conditioning around playing small to stay comfortable rather than taking bold risks, speaking honestly, and leveraging their full talent. They self-sabotage without realizing it.

Toxic Messages - From childhood, media, bosses, partners, and their inner critics, women hear messages attacking their worth, imposing limits, questioning their capability, and boxing them into narrow spaces not aligned with their souls.

Gender Double Standards - In dating, parenting, careers, pay, home dynamics, ageing, and all parts of life, women still experience extremes of sexism. It's exhausting to fight for equality while also trying to thrive personally.

Perfectionism & People-Pleasing - Many ambitious women got the message it's not okay to make mistakes, ask for help, delegate, or put themselves first. Approval addiction and perfectionism lead to burnout and never feeling good enough.

Fearing Success & Failure - There are deep subconscious socialised fears around shining too brightly in corporate environments, surpassing spouses' success that threatens relationships, proving critics right if they stumble, or increasing visibility that might invite attack.

Success Stories:

Dr Jane Upton, Ph.D.

Janet, helped me to recognise some of the assumptions and limitations I had unquestionably accepted and skillfully guided me to let go of these. Since I first met with her I have a clearer vision of my business, and I am taking more action to realise this vision.

 Imogen Caterer

For me, the greatest gain was the knowledge that I have resilience. I can step forward in confidence. We all face "knocks" on an almost daily basis but knowing that I can get through them and that I'm a new person with every moment has been immensely valuable to me.

Jessica
I took away the understanding of happiness, confidence and fulfilment. When I finished coaching I had the strength and confidence to release all of the behaviours that I engaged in due to my anxiety. I was happy and able to enjoy the things I had not been able to do for a long time.
